If you wish to request an invoice you will need to contact us by contat form.
It will be necessary to communicate the tax code of the holder, VAT number and unique code.
The invoice can be issued within 12 days from the date of purchase.
If you change your mind after placing an order on Goovi and you no longer wish to receive the goods, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as stipulated by article 52 of the Consumers’ Code. Contact our Customer Service centre, with your order code at hand, and one of our operators will assist you for any withdrawal transaction.
If you need to return the goods you received, contact Customer Service with your order code at hand: we’ll take care of checking what happened and the necessary conditions for activating the returns process on your behalf. Return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
